Pastor Gib Botten
Pastor Gib was born and raised in Southern California. After high school he moved with his family to Colorado. Following college he served in campus ministry with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in that state throughout the 80’s and later (after finishing his MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary) served with the same ministry in Puerto Rico in the 90’s. As an ordained pastor, Gib has served congregations in Kansas, Nebraska, and Washington. He has been married to Denise (currently an instructor at the Everett Community College) for 38 years and has three daughters. Gib’s passion is teaching, discipleship and leadership training in the congregation. Hobbies include: playing guitar, working out, and fly-fishing.
Kelly Campbell - Preschool Director
Kelly has lived in the Pacific Northwest exclusively, has been married for 40 years, and has 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. Faith and family are a huge part of Kelly’s life. She holds an Associates in Technical Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching children in various capacities since 1990. She has worked with Prince of Peace Preschool since 2015 as a teacher, and now holds the position as the director of the preschool. Kelly enjoys interacting with children and listening to their thoughts and ideas, hearing their language and communications skills develop, and watching students engage in new experiences through curiosity and creativity in their environment. Kelly’s hobbies include hiking, fishing, kayaking, and gardening.
Lauryn Brunskill - Church Office Administrator and Director of Children's & Youth Ministry
Lauryn grew up in Marysville, Washington where she graduated from Lakewood High School. She attended and graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a certification in Youth Ministry. She was hired at Prince of Peace and began working at the end of summer of the same year. Lauryn has been involved in Children’s and Youth Ministry since middle school, an interest and passion that followed her through college leading to her position here at Prince of Peace. Her hobbies include hiking, crafts, weightlifting, reading, yoga, listening to and playing music, and spoiling her niece!
