Prince of Peace Sunday School

At Prince of Peace we desire to support families as they grow in faith together. In Sunday school, children learn about God’s plan of salvation as it unfolds in the Old Testament, in the life of Jesus, and in the growth of the early church, as recorded in the Gospels and Acts. The goal is not only for students to know the stories of the Bible but also and more importantly for them to see how, as baptized disciples of Jesus Christ, they are important participants in God’s story.

Sunday school classes are offered for children in preschool through 5th grade on Sunday mornings during the 10:30am service during the school year.

In our Adult Sunday school Pastor leads the group through books of the Bible. This meets every Sunday morning between services, starting roughly around 9:40am downstairs.

Adult Sunday School

Led by Pastor Gib, our Adult Sunday School meets downstairs each Sunday between the first and second services, starting around 9:40am. As a class, they focus on one book of the Bible at a time. All are welcome to participate!

The Rock - Children's Sunday School

We call our Children’s Sunday School program “The Rock” because Jesus is our rock and that’s how we roll!

We currently have two classes that meet downstairs following the Children’s Message at the 10:30am service – the Little Rock for preschool through kindergarten and the Big Rock for 1st through 5th grade.

If you have any questions about The Rock please feel free to contact Lauryn in the church office.
